Sharing knowledge about operational groups in the EIP-Agri Seminar

The Agrifood Campus of International Excellence ceiA3 shares experiences and knowledge of Operational Groups in a seminar about rural digitization of the European Innovation Partnership for Agricultural productivity and Sustainability (EIP-AGRI) in Antwerp (Belgium).

ceiA3 is currently working on seven projects of regional Operational Groups such as DOSAOLIVAR (Dosage of Phytosanitary Products in Olive Groves), CUVrEN (Coverings of Native Species in Olive Groves), InnoTuber (new control measures and techniques for bovine tuberculosis in Andalucia), #DejaTuHuella, 4 Retornos (regeneration of degraded soils), Subpgan (improved management, valuation and marketing of livestock byproducts through innovation) and Huella de Agua (organic sector in Andalucia). All of them are financed by EAFRD through the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development of the Junta de Andalucia.

In this way, ceiA3 participates at the EIP-AGRI seminar ‘Multi-level strategies for digitising agriculture and rural areas’, which takes place from Wednesday, 12 to Thursday, 13 December 2018 in Antwerp (Belgium). It aims at making visible the activity of the consortium and its researchers and universities, promoting networking at an international level, alienating with the European strategies on digitization and being part of them.

The seminar consists of several work sessions where different aspects related to the digitization of agriculture and rural areas will be addressed.
